Paul, RN joined the team in April 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from West Virginia University in 2011 and went on to complete his Associate Degree in Nursing at Florida SouthWestern State College in 2021. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on training in aesthetic medicine, Paul is dedicated to providing safe, precise, and natural-looking results for every patient he cares for.

Milli Mower has been an integral part of the Leong Hair Restoration team, guiding patients from their first consultation through their procedure and post-operative care. Under the direct training of Dr. Paul Leong, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the full spectrum of hair restoration techniques, including FUE, eyebrow transplantation, beard transplants, and female hair restoration.
